You never said I'm leaving
You never said goodbye
You were gone before I knew it,
And only God knew why
A million times I needed you,
A million times I cried
If Love alone could have saved you,
You never would have died
In Life I loved you dearly
In death I love you still
In my heart you hold a place,
That no one could ever fill
It broke my heart to lose you,
But you didn't go alone
For part of me went with you,
The day God took you home.
Love you always forever in my mindAnna XXX

Report this message By lyndsey jennings on 5th Feb 2010I thought of you with love today, but that is nothing new.
I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too.
I think of you in silence,I often speak your names.
All i have are memories, and your picture in a frame,
Your memory is my keepsake, with which I'll never part.
God has you in His keeping,I have you in my Heart.

Dear Dad, this is our first Fathers day without you, cant get you out of my mind I found this poem and felt it sums up completely how empty life iswithout you.
'The sun still rises in the east and darkness falls at night, but nothing seems quite the same, each day is not as bright. The birds still sing, the flowers grow the breeze still whispers too, but it will never, ever be the same world without you. Its so sad that you had to go, your leaving caused us pain but as you were so very special our loss is heavens gain.
God bless you and love you always AnnaXXXXX

Report this message By Anna Freeman on 24th Dec 2008Christmas is here Dad and it will be a really difficult time without you, even in latter years, when you were feeling very unwell it was a time you always made that special effort especially for the little ones who are now wondering where Grandad is.There will be no cries of 'santa's come' this year, your favorite saying when we were all little. You were a fantastic Dad, the best there is and you are missed so much, our hearts are empty without you, a part of us all has gone with you Dad. We hope you are happy and at peace. You will no doubt be playing Santa to all the little ones in heaven alongside you, probably playing 'paddy the duck'. You are constantly in our hearts, our minds and our thoughts, love you always precious Anna
