Adored son of Lee and Joanne, much loved brother of Chelsea, a very special grandson of Joan and Barry and Joan and Kevin. Passed away suddenly on 28th October, 2008. Funeral service is to be held at The Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday, 10th November, 2008 at 12.00 noon. Casual dress to be worn. If any football tops, then to be Chelsea football Club only. All welcome afterwards at Rowleys Green Social Club, Burbages Lane. Flowers or donations payable to "Asthma U.K." may be sent, care ofS J. E. Hackett and Sons Ltd., 93 Leicester Road, Bedworth, CV12 8AH. Our little man Jack, we all love and miss you so very much (we hope you're at rest, in the stars above). Sweet dreams little man, see you soon. Lots of love and hugsS Mummy, Daddy, Chelsea, Nanny and Grandad, Grandma and Grandad and Great Nanny Marta.

    I remember when I worked with you in reception class. You were such a lively and sweet little boy. You left such an impression on me as I worked closely with you. You always made us smile and I know you were loved by everyone who knew you.
