ADAMS Suddenly at Crosshouse Hospital on Friday 20th March 2009, David Thomson aged 75 years. Adored husband and soul mate of Margaret (Ross), devoted and treasured dad of Jimmy and Sharon, beloved father-in-law to Rhona and Sandy, cherished and much loved papa to Charlene, Gordon and Kimberley, dearly loved brother of Betty, Jenny and familys and dear uncle of many nephews and nieces. Too dearly loved to ever be forgotten. Precious memories of you Davie.

    If roses grow in heaven, Lord pick a bunch for me. Place them in my father's arms and tell him they're from me. Tell him that I love and miss him. When he turns to smile, place a kiss upon his cheek & hold him for awhile, because remembering him is easy, I do it every day. There's an ache in my heart that will never go away.

    Goodbye Dad, I had to say
    two years ago on an early Spring day
    I’ll remember the good times and try not to be sad
    But saying goodbye still hurts so bad
    I miss you more then I can express
