WILLIAMS Cecilia Gwendoline 03.08.25 - 01.04.09 Adored wife, much loved mother of Susan and David, grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral to be held at 12.30pm Thursday April9 at Summers Funeral Home, Newport, Road, Cardiff then onto Thornhill Cemetery for internment. Always in our thoughts and hearts.
