If your confirmation email didn't arrive, the most likely reason is that your email provider could be identifying our confirmation email as spam and delivering it to your junk mail folder so you might like to check there.
You can add our email address (help@bmdsonline.co.uk) to your "Safe Sender's list".
It is also possible that you may have an error in the email address. Simply retrieve the registration email from the registered email address, and then update your account details to reflect your preferred email address.
Alternatively, register again, checking that the email address given is your preferred choice.
