MELLOR David Samuel Formerly of Hazel Slade Died 28th June 2009, after a courageous battle with cancer, aged 61. Funeral took place in Medicine Hat Alberta, Canada on 3rd July 2009. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Peters Church on Saturday 11th July at 1.00 p.m. Anyone who new David or his family are invited to attended. No black tie required, no flowers, all donations will be giving to Cancer Research UK. Family, friends are gathering afterwards at Mill Farm, Lichifield Road, Cannock.
