GIBBONS Gwenllian The family of the late Gwenllian Gibbons of Lon Y Celyn, Nelson, wish to express their appreciation by thanking relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and compassion, shown by the many cards of condolence, visits to the home, floral tributes and donations to Cancer Research, received by the family following their recent bereavement. A special thank you to Sian, Jason and Adelle, who travelled from London to attend their grandmother's funeral, also to Jason and Sian and everyone who helped with the catering on the day of the funeral. Thanks to PC Steve Reilly and South Wales Police and to the Doctors, Nursing and Domestic Staff on Ward 19, Prince Charles Hospital, for the dedicated care and attention given to Gwen during her stay. The family would like to express their appreciation to the Minister Mr Cyril Thomas who made the service a celebration of Gwen's life and not her death and to John Davies & Sons, Funeral Directors, for their caring and professional service. The presence of so many at the home and cemetery, was a great source of comfort to the family, it showed how much Gwen was loved and respected. God bless you all.
