BAILEY Samuel Maisie and family would like to thank family, friends, neighbours and former colleagues for their kind messages of sympathy and for their support by their attendance at Sam's funeral. The family are grateful too for the help and support given by Green Willow Funeral Directors and to Rev G Williams who officiated at the funeral. They would like to send their special thanks to the doctors and staff at Cyncoed Medical Centre and the Urology Dept at U.H.W for their unstinting care over many years. Also to the staff of Ward A3 Link, at U.H.W for their care and empathy in Sam's final weeks.
