5th December 1971

PAINTAIN Jean, : In loving memory of Jean, died 5th December 1971.

The moment I was told you died
my heart was torn in two,
one side filled with heartache,
the other died with you.
My heart still aches in sadness,
My silent tears still flow,
For what it meant to lose you Jean,
No one will ever know.

Silent memories true and tender,
Just to show we still remember.

  • If I could have a lifetime wish
a dream that would come true
I'd pray to God with all my heart
    for yesterday and you.
A thousand words can't bring you back
    I know because I've tried
And neither will a million tears
    I know because I've cried.
You left behind my broken heart
    and happy memories too
    I never wanted memories...
    I only wanted you.

  • Cherished Memories Of A Wonderful Girlfriend.

Jean was one of those very special people you may be lucky to meet in life and I feel very privileged to have been her boyfriend, even if it was only for a short but very special time.

In my mind I can still see that lovely smile of hers and I dearly miss the sweet, caring nature that was Jean. So while I am still on this side of life, I will always miss her and I'm sure everyone who ever meet Jean will as well.

It's sad Jean missed out on all the fun and happy times in life and and for us afterwards not being able to share those happy times and life with her and I still wonder what paths life itself, may have taken her down?

Although its now a long time since Jean sadly left us, It's still easy to recall that all the family were also lovely people and I would like to send my sincere and best wishes to them all through this message.

I also would like to thank them and Jeans friends, for their contributions to this Memorial notice.

My final tribute for Jean is :

    Goodbyes are not forever.

    Goodbyes are not the end.

They simply mean I'll miss you

    Until we meet again.

    Derek, xxxxx.
