SHIELDS Vera Suddenly but peacefully on Jan 20, 2010, Vera aged 76 years; beloved wife of the late Sidney, treasured Mum to Jeanette, Robert and Linda, much loved mother-in-law to Richard and Alyson, cherished Nan to Matthew, Adam, Bethan, Lauren, Nathan, Jack, great-Nan to Maisie-May, and a dearly loved sister, sister-in-law and aunt. Vera will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Resting at James Summers & Son, Roath Court Funeral Home until the funeral service at St. Mary of the Angels Church, Canton, Cardiff at 12.30pm on Friday Feb 12, followed by interment at Western Cemetery. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home.
