God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you,
and whispered "Come to Me".
With tearful eyes we watched you,
we watched you fade away.
Although we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.

Slept much better last night because I gave in and took the sleeping tablets i was given.

Many things to say, and maybe there's more we should have done, but for now we'll have to content ourselves with a goodbye and the good thought that is you.

Meet you lovely grandson, born 21st March 2010. If you could have held on for just another 4 weeks you could have held him in your arms. Sadly that was not possible despite how hard you tried.

We all love you
