Published in the Irvine Herald on 10th March 2010 (Distributed in Irvine)WHITEHOUSE The family of the late Albert (Bert) John Whitehouse would like to express sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours during their recent bereavement. Thanks also for all cards, e-mails and e-cards of condolences. Thanks to the Vein Show Band for all that they have done in Bert's name, and to Jordan D Hibbard and all staff at the Co-operative Funeralcare for their attention to detail. To Nicola McCormick of the Humanist Society for Scotland for a beautiful service. Sincere thanks to all in Ward 3/5A at Crosshouse Hospital, not only for the care they gave to Bert, but also for looking after his wife Teri over the last few months. To the team of Haematology Doctors for their care and kindness shown over the last 18 months. To Bourtreehill Medical Practice, the District Nursing team, Marie Curie team and the Palitive Care team. Thanks to the Watersports Club for an excellent tea. Thanks are extended to everyone who attended the Crematorium and who generously donated at the service, the sum of £400 has been collected so far.
