FIELDHOUSE Carole Ann Sadly passed away at Heartlands Hospital, aged 62 years on Saturday 27th February 2010. Reunited with her loving Husband Roy Fieldhouse. Much loved Mom to Nicky, Craig, Wayne and Becky and in-Laws Den, Jo and Kirsty, loving Nan to all her Grandchildren. Funeral Service to be held at St. Peters Church, Haywood Road, Tile Cross at 11.30am on Thursday 18th March 2010 followed by burial at Woodlands Cemetery at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Macmillan Cancer Relief on day of funeral or via family. All enquiries to Midlands Co-operative Funeral Service, Kitts Green, 0121 784 5960.
