COOK Sylvia (Sylv) Dearly loved wife of Donald, much loved mum of Ann, Christine, Neil and Lester, loving nan to Tara, Michelle, Jason, Rachel, Daniel, Amy and Sophie, cherished great nan, dear sister of Pauline, Gladys, Barbara, the late Roy and Harry and a much loved aunt, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home, surrounded by her loving family, on 11th March 2010 aged 75 years. Funeral service at St James Church, Whitley on Friday 19th March at 1.45pm followed by interment at St Paul's Cemetery. Family flowers. Donations if desired for Coventry Myton Hospice to A. Pargetter & Son, Funeral Directors, City Mews, Lamb Street, Coventry, CV1 4AE. (Tel 024 7622 3343)
