WARREN Maya Faith Of Nuneaton passed away peacefully July 7th 2010, aged 38 years. Much loved daughter of Diane and John, beloved sister of Alexis and Clio and sister- in-law of Helen. The Funeral Service will take place at the Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday July 19th at 3.00pm. Family flowers only please by request, donations may be sent if so desired for the Critical Care Unit, University Hospital, Walsgrave, c/o Co-operative Funeral Service, 34 Central Avenue, Nuneaton, CV11 5BB.
