When I think back to all of the times we shared, the main memories that pop in my mind are how much you made me and everyone around you laugh. You could change the mood in any room to make it joyful, happy and just a pleasure to be in your company. For everything I have learnt from you as well as all of the amazing experiences we shared I am extremely grateful as well as being proud to say you were a brilliant grandad. Loving you always and forever thinking of you, Sam

  • To My Grandad

I hope your looking down Grandad, from somewhere in the sky

So we can show our love for you, and say our last goodbye

I already miss your presence from your now vacant seat

An understanding gentleman that everyone should meet

If some day I make my Grandchildren as happy as you made me

I will tell them where I learnt it from in our great family tree

No book, no film, no musical will ever replace your voice

Your stories, tales and jokes would be my favourite choice

As one of your five Grandchildren I know we’re all agreed

With your advice and guidance we’re destined to succeed

To be one of your Grandsons I feel so truly honoured

For a million reasons Grandad, I love you. Oshapossherd.

    Love From your Grandson Terry.

  • Grandad,

Grandad, you are the best and always will be the best.

The best storyteller, because when you were my age like you said, you always had something to laugh about and thats what makes me smile thinking of you today. Kind, thoughtful, generous, I could keep going.

Florida was amazing and I had the best time of my life, for that Grandad 'aah thankyawww.'

Loving you always your grandson Eddie.

  • Thanks for being My Dad

Dad, I am trying not to be sad because I can't see you today but happy that I had a wonderful Father who showed me nothing but love. I can't remember anything but good things between us. You always helped me and never judged when my imperfections surfaced. I hope I can be somewhere near as good a Dad to the boys as you were to me. Thanks so much for being my Dad and a smashing Grandad to the boys. We all love you and will miss you every day.

    Love from your son Chris

  • My Grandad

Many people will claim that they had the best Grandad of all time. But only the few who had you can truly take that honour. When others turn a blind eye, you cast yours. You helped to make me the man I am today - And I will do my upmost to make you proud, as you now cast that eye from above - until my time is done. Forever; Your Grandson, Adam.
