DAVIES Olwen Emily Suddenly at Prince Charles Hospital, Merthyr on Aug 15, Olwen, aged 86, beloved wife of the late Albert, cherished mother of Pamela and Patricia, respected mother-in-law of David, a much loved Nan of Paul and wife Michelle, Helen and husband Paul, Claire and Neil, a loving Great-Nan to Danielle, Rhys and little Ioan. Olwen will be dearly missed by her family, friends and neighbours. Funeral on Wednesday Sept 8, service at the Private Chapel of D J Thomas & Son, Lower Wood St, Bargoed, at 10.30am, cremation to follow at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel, Cardiff. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, to Asthma UK Cymru, c/o the funeral directors.
